Knowledge and skill for this exam depend on maintaining a steady discipline of practice, both practice items and passages throughout MCAT preparation. Your MCAT books, AAMC resources, Khan Academy and this course all provide valuable practice resources. The UWorld question bank is also excellent. Putting information into your brain is not enough. Instruction and study are not sufficient. You need practice retrieving the knowledge, and you need practice applying it. You will learn many new things doing problems. Practice isn't only about reinforcement. It makes your knowledge base more sophisticated.
