Many required psychology concepts can be helpful for learning in MCAT review. The Premack principle is a concept of reinforcement stating that an opportunity to engage in more probable behaviors will reinforce less probable behaviors. There are many tasks to perform. Some of these are more enjoyable than others. As you divide your time, make the things you enjoy in MCAT review a reward for doing the things you find more arduous.
