The tips begin at a different place in each module. The advice moves along with the stages of the course.

You may have purchased more than one set of MCAT review books. TBR, Kaplan, EK, and Princeton Review are all perfectly fine, but they have different strengths and weaknesses. Decide which set speaks to you early on and make that one your companion for MCAT review. Make the other set a supplement. Your main set of MCAT books is like the big book of puzzles you would take on a family trip when you were a kid. When you reached the destination, every page would be filled in, all the find-a-words and mazes completed. The other set can be useful for extra practice, but make only one set your companion for the trip.

Cumulative review/skim of Lippincott - Cell & Molecular Biology up through chapter 12.

Study the conceptual treatment of Motivation & Emotion in your MCAT book-set and complete the odd numbered problems.

Review the conceptual vocabulary for Motivation & Emotion using the illustrated conceptual primer on this site.

Extend practice using the Essential Concepts ANKI Deck to include the Motivation & Emotion cards.

CARS

Module 8 CARS Lesson Types of CARS questions.

Perform the final 7 passages (questions 81-120) from CARS Question Pack, Vol. 2. Give yourself 65 minutes to complete the passages. Before scoring them, perform a blind review.

MCAT Practice

Begin working on the Physics, Chemistry & Biology (I & II) Question Packs at AAMC. Set a pace to complete the Question Packs before module 12.
