The tips begin at a different place in each module. The advice moves along with the stages of the course.

Yerkes and Dodson observed that performance deteriorates as levels of arousal approach extremes, either at the very low or very high ends of the spectrum. The optimal level of arousal is somewhere in the middle. For an easy, repetitive task, it turns out that moderate-high arousal is optimal. For a difficult, complex task such as the MCAT, on the contrary, the best performance occurs if you are in a moderate-low arousal state. This is where you find flow in the exam. Cultivate a mindset that is calm and engaged for the test and teach yourself how to preserve this mindset through controlled breathing and mindfulness even when the exam is at its most challenging.
